Nevertheless, it still requires careful management for every single sheet of nori. Once roasted up, we move to cutting, and packaging. Our items are "made to order" to provide fresh Nori ( So we do not have finished products in stock). Besides, we have started processing on basis of HACCP management from 2018. Though nori is categorized as dried food, we push ourselves forward to follow global food safety standard. Sales managementMany of nori we processed are transferred to Kashiwa city public wholesale market where our sales Outlet is located. From early morning, we sell nori to Local restaurants, supermarkets. Kashiwa market is also open to local citizens. After professional buyers leave, The inside is still full of excitement with a crowd. For distant people, we have started online shopping and ship all over Japan, and overseas.
